...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of South Central Kansas, including the following
  county, Reno.

* WHEN...Until 1000 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 407 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to slow
    moving thunderstorms with additional storms expected this
    evening.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Hutchinson, South Hutchinson, Buhler, Haven, Nickerson,
    Pretty Prairie, Partridge, Yoder, Willowbrook, Hutchinson
    Airport, Cheney Lake and Cheney State Park.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive into flooded areas or go around barricades. Nearly two
feet of water will carry most vehicles away. Turn around, don`t
drown.
