...FLOOD WARNING HAS BEEN REPLACED WITH A FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

The Flood Warning is replaced by a Flash Flood Warning for a portion
of Southeast Kansas, including the following area, Greenwood.

The threat of flooding is HIGH and a Flash Flood Warning is now in
effect. Radar is showing slow moving thunderstorms with very high
rainfall rates of 3 to 5 inches per hour moving towards the warned
area. DO NOT drive into flooded roadways, this is a VERY DANGEROUS
Flash Flooding situation!
