...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM CDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...A portion of Southeast Kansas, including the following
  county, Labette.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, urban areas, and other low-lying and flood-prone
  locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms will impact
    the region through early to mid this morning. Pockets of
    heavy rainfall and localized flooding are possible.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.

  including the following counties, in Central Kansas, Chase,
  Marion, McPherson, Rice and Saline. In South Central Kansas,
  Butler, Cowley, Harper, Harvey, Kingman, Reno, Sedgwick and
  Sumner. In Southeast Kansas, Allen, Chautauqua, Elk, Greenwood,
  Montgomery, Neosho, Wilson and Woodson.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT this morning.

  creeks, streams, urban areas, and other low-lying and flood-prone
