NORTHEASTERN MADISON...MOORE...EASTERN LINCOLN AND WESTERN FRANKLIN
COUNTIES THROUGH 530 PM CDT...

At 439 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Fayetteville, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts in excess of 30 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Winchester, Fayetteville, Lynchburg, Decherd, Estill Springs,
Huntland, Tims Ford Lake, Lincoln, Elora, and Hurdlow.
