...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN COLBERT AND
NORTHEASTERN FRANKLIN COUNTIES THROUGH 115 PM CDT...

At 1237 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Littleville, or near Tuscumbia, moving southeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Muscle Shoals, Russellville, Sheffield, Tuscumbia, Littleville, Posey
Loop, New Bethel, La Grange, Tharptown, and Red Rock.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 700 PM CDT for
northwestern Alabama.
