...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN JACKSON AND
SOUTHEASTERN FRANKLIN COUNTIES THROUGH 115 AM CDT...

At 1230 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Cowan, or near Winchester, moving south at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Cowan, Hytop, Estillfork, Jericho, and Larkin.
