...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL LAUDERDALE...
WESTERN COLBERT AND NORTHWESTERN FRANKLIN COUNTIES THROUGH 715 PM
CDT...

At 615 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Cherokee, or 12 miles west of Tuscumbia, moving south at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Red Bay, Cherokee, Malone, Pogo, Mt Hester, Cedar Creek Reservoir,
Srygley Church, Allsboro, Maud, and Barton.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
