...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT WESTERN MADISON...NORTHEASTERN
LIMESTONE AND SOUTHWESTERN LINCOLN COUNTIES THROUGH 1215 PM CDT...

At 1132 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Ardmore to near Athens. Movement was east
at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Huntsville, Madison, Athens, Redstone Arsenal, Meridianville, Moores
Mill, Hazel Green, Ardmore, Marshall Space Flight Center, and
Harvest.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
