Survey Summary:

An EF-0 tornado touched down on Sinking Cove Road causing several
uprooted trees. It briefly tracked south southeastward uprooting
additional trees, passing across Little Crow Creek before lifting
just northwest of The Bolo Club on Sinking Cove Road where no
additional tree damage was noted. Damage was assessed via drone
footage taken by Jackson County Emergency Management in
coordination with Franklin County (TN) Emergency Management.
Supplemental satellite imagery is being ordered to assess damage
for inaccessible areas, and subsequent track modifications may
occur to the start and end point. Thank you to Jackson County, AL
and Franklin County, TN EMA for their coordination.
