Minimum relative humidity values are forecast to plummet to around
16% at the burn site today and around 27-28% Wednesday afternoon.
Southwest transport winds around 15 mph today will increase to
between 15-20 mph Wednesday afternoon. However, 20 foot winds will
range between 5-10 mph this afternoon and Wednesday afternoon at
the burn site. Mixing heights are expected to reach between
4000-4300 ft today and tomorrow. Lastly, good daytime dispersions
