.DISCUSSION...

Low stratus clouds will persist for much of the day and overnight
periods in the vicinity of the perscribed burn site, as a weak
cold front drifts southward through the region before stalling. A
few light showers or patches of light drizzle will also be
possible, but the risk for wetting rainfall is low. Due to low
mixing heights (~2200 feet) and light transport winds (5-10 MPH),
smoke dispersion will be generally poor. Nocturnal fog development
will be possible in many locations due to the moist nature of the
local airmass and light-calm winds.
