.DISCUSSION...

Dry conditions are forecast for the burn area into the mid
evening. 9 AM temperatures should be around 37 degrees, with RH
values around 70 percent. High temperatures later in the day
should rise to near 52 degrees, with minimum afternoon RH`s of 38
percent. Fair smoke dispersion rates are forecast, with mixing
heights around 3600 ft AGL and transport winds from the NE 6 to 8
mph.

Afterwards, a system will bring a wintry mix to the site. The
precipitation should begin as rain, but should transition to a mix
of rain, freezing rain, and snow after midnight. The
precipitation should end around 9 AM. Liquid rain amounts should
range around 1/10 of an inch.
