.DISCUSSION...
Today, low ceiling will limit afternoon mixing heights to just
under 1500 ft. Transport winds will peak mid morning around 14 MPH
from the NE. Winds will then drop through the day to near 8 MPH
and veer to the east by late afternoon. RH values will stay well
above critical thresholds with in RH near 45%. These conditions
will quickly deteriorate after sunset with mixing heights dropping
below 500 ft as a much lower cloud deck moves east bringing
increased rain chances arriving near midnight. Once rain starts it
will continue through the remainder of Tuesday bringing
widespread wetting rains.
