Warm and dry conditions today, with RH values dropping to around
32 percent in the afternoon. Despite the dry conditions, winds will
be extremely light and predominantly out of the southwest. Mixing
heights will rise from around 800 ft at ignition to around 5400 ft
by the afternoon. Despite these higher heights, the weak 20 ft winds
and transport winds could limit dispersions somewhat.
