.DISCUSSION...

Low chances of afternoon showers and thunderstorms is in the
forecast, mainly across portions of northwest Alabama. Dry weather
should prevail elsewhere. High temperatures should rise into the
mid/upper 80s, with minimum afternoon RHs around 57 percent. Light
SE winds are forecast today. These light winds, along with lower
mixing heights around 4500 ft AGL, and light transport winds will
produce Generally Poor to Fair smoke dispersion rates today.

Another very warm day, with highs in the mid/upper 80s and
minimum afternoon RHs around 60s percent are expected Friday. An
upper level system nearing will bring higher chances for wetting
rainfall Friday afternoon.

Fog potential over the next few days: Patchy fog is possible
early this morning and again late tonight.

Potential for Red Flag Conditions: Not forecast at this time.
