.DISCUSSION...

Today will bring another day of scattered showers and a few
thunderstorms. The highest chances will be in northwest Alabama.
Brief gusty winds, lightning and locally heavy rainfall are the
primary hazards. During the next two days, transport winds will
once again remain below 10 mph and smoke dispersion will be fair.
Seasonably hot and drier weather is foreseen over the weekend
into early next week.

Fog potential over the next few days: Patchy dense fog is expected
early this morning, and will be possible during the late night and
early mornings the next few days.

Potential for Red Flag Conditions: Not expected.
