Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Alabama
National Weather Service Huntsville AL
139 PM CDT Sat Jun 7 2025

.DISCUSSION...

Several rounds of wetting rains with a squall line this afternoon,
other scattered storms overnight, and then scattered severe storms
on Monday afternoon and evening. Finer fuels could burn on Sunday
with higher mixing heights and transport winds, but otherwise any
controlled burns would need to wait until mid-week.

Fog potential over the next few days: Patchy fog has a low chance
of forming in the morning near areas that saw heavy rainfall
today.

Potential for Red Flag Conditions: None at this time
