Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Alabama
National Weather Service Huntsville AL
415 AM CST Fri Nov 8 2024

.DISCUSSION...

Low clouds across north Alabama will lift this morning, as a weak
frontal boundary remains stalled south of the area. This initial
front will weaken and lift to the north into the first half of the
weekend period, as a stronger cold front approaches from the
northwest. Increasing showers along with a few storms will develop
along and ahead of the front Sat into Sun, before the front
stalls just south of the area going into the Veteran`s Day
holiday. Rainfall will taper off Mon into Tue, with slightly
cooler air spreading into the area in the wake of the front. Rain
chances may then return by the middle of next week, as another
front approaches from the west.

Fog potential over the next few days: None at this time.

Potential for Red Flag Conditions: None at this time.
