...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of northwest Alabama, including the following
  county, Lawrence.

* WHEN...Until 400 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water
  crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Expect
  many areas of slow moving or standing water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 302 PM CDT, Emergency Management reported street flooding
    around the Moulton area due to heavy rain from thunderstorms.
    Between 1 and 2 inches of rain has fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Moulton, Hillsboro, Wren, Landersville, Chalybeate Springs,
    Bankhead National Forest, Speake, Caddo and Wheeler.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
