  - Bankfull stage is 18.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will continue to fall this afternoon. It
    will then fall to 14.7 feet early Monday afternoon. It will
    rise to 15.0 feet Monday evening. It will then fall to 13.8
    feet early Tuesday afternoon. It will rise to 14.3 feet
    Wednesday, February 26. It will then fall again and remain
    below flood stage.
