...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 5 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 11 PM
PDT FRIDAY...

* WHAT...West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.

* WHERE...Mojave Desert Slopes.

* WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 11 PM PDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highways impacted include, but are not
  limited to California State Routes 14, 58, and 178, as well as US
  Route 395.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
