.DISCUSSION...
A warming trend will set up for this weekend across central
California, especially in the Mojave Desert where afternoon highs
will enter the 110-degree range. Otherwise, temperatures will be
around five degrees above season averages with values near 105
degrees in the San Joaquin Valley this weekend. The rising
temperatures will bring lowered relative humidity values across
the area. Valley and Sierra minRH values will be between 15 and 20
percent, and single-digit values are expected for the desert
areas. Winds will be mostly light and diurnal, but with gusts
approaching 20 kts in typical windy areas such as Lake Isabella,
the Mojave Desert Slopes, and San Luis Reservoir.
