At the spot location, winds will be quickly changing
directions between this afternoon, tonight and then
Friday. Expecting a quick wind shift to the southeast
between 5-9 pm lasting through the night. That leads
to only average confidence regarding the forecast tonight.
Winds have mostly been  from the south through the start
of the fire. Then winds quickly shift from the west to the
northwest shortly after sunrise. Friday is expected to be drier
and warmer than Thursday.
