.DISCUSSION...
Below average temperatures will continue but with a warming trend
into the weekend as transport and upper level winds shift out of
the south. Warmer temperatures with consistent dew points will lead
to a decrease in relative humidity values, from around 35 percent
Friday for minimums closer to 30 percent on Saturday. Good
overnight recoveries are expected, upwards of 80 percent tonight;
decreasing maxRH values will also occur, but will remain above 70
percent Saturday night. Winds will decrease overnight before
increasing from the south to southwest Saturday; 20-ft gusts will
be approaching 20 mph Saturday afternoon. Mixing heights will hold
mostly steady through the weekend between 5500 to 6500 feet.
