.DISCUSSION...
Hot and dry conditions expected through Monday as a ridge of high
pressure sits over the West. Moderate to poor humidity recovery
will also be expected. A disturbance entering the region on
Tuesday will start the transition toward cooler temperatures
and improving humidity recovery. At that time, breezy winds
will return during the afternoon and early evening over the
favored locations. Furthermore, the disturbance has a slight
chance of introducing convection over the Sierra Crest on
Tuesday and Wednesday. In the meanwhile, the dry conditions over
the Kern Desert has elevated the fire weather concerns as
afternoon RH`s drop to single digit values.
