Conditions remain relatively unchanged from yesterday, with
below average temperatures over the area, but with a slight
warming trend into tomorrow. The warmer highs will result
in slightly lower minimum relative humidity on Thursday,
though still hovering around 20 percent. Winds are expected
to be largely diurnal, with stronger afternoon gusts from
the southwest and light winds from the northwest overnight.
