Below average temperatures continue over the area, with a slight
cooling trend into tomorrow. The decreasing maximums will result
in slightly higher minimum relative humidity closer to 25 percent
on Friday. Winds are expected to be largely diurnal, with stronger
afternoon gusts from the southwest and light winds from the northwest
overnight. Winds are expected to be stronger in the Kern River Valley
than at the surrounding ridges.
