Dry conditions will continue to persist into Monday with temperatures
rising to around 10 degrees above season averages. Low clouds and fog
are likely (60 to 70 percent chance) to develop below the spot
location and remain present through much of Monday. Winds
will remain generally light and terrain driven, but with stronger
winds along the surrounding ridges, especially through the evening;
there is a 20 to 30 percent chance to exceed 10 mph in these areas.
