.DISCUSSION...Another strong winter storm system will move
through central California on Monday and Tuesday and bring
another round of moderate to heavy precipitation. Cool and
showery conditions will prevail on Wednesday before high
pressure brings a drying trend on Thanksgiving Day.

6 hour rainfall amounts Monday afternoon into Tuesday evening of 1
to 2 inches possible. Rainfall totals of 1.3" to 5" over the burn
area, though rainfall rates expected to be lower than debris
flow thresholds.
