.DISCUSSION...
A warming trend will continue today, with temperatures around
five to ten degrees above average. The warming temperatures
and near-stable dew points are expected to gradually reduce
minimum relative humidity across central California. RH will
reach its lowest Thursday afternoon, with widespread values
less than 15 percent in the San Joaquin Valley and values less
than 20 percent in the Sierra Foothills. Stronger wind gusts
developing in the lee side of the Coastal Range will raise
fire concerns, especially in areas with cured fine fuels.
