slightly below normal temperatures. Winds will be light and
terrain driven. Fog and stratus remain possible through Saturday
morning. However, back- to-back troughs slide in over the Great
Basin over the weekend and an inside slider Tuesday through
Wednesday. The second system has 20 percent chance of any snow and
rain accumulation. However, winds will pick up with both troughs.
