Generalized Statewide Coastal Waters Forecast for Hawaii
National Weather Service Honolulu HI
306 PM HST Tue Oct 7 2025

.Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters...
A surface trough will slowly drift west over the coastal waters
through the end of this week. This will help weaken the trades
and maintain a flow out of the south or southeast. By this
weekend, high pressure will build far northeast of the state and
bring a return to more typical easterly trades.
