.Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters...
 Trade winds will gradually increase to fresh to locally strong
levels later today into Wednesday as a high pressure ridge north
of the islands builds into the region and Hurricane Iona and
Tropical Storm Keli pass westward, several hundred miles south of
the Hawaiian Islands. This ridge will keep locally strong will
maintain locally strong trade winds in the forecast through the
weekend.
