.Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters...
 A 1034 mb high centered about 1000 nm north of Hawaii will
maintain fresh to near gale winds into Thursday for most Hawaiian
waters, with gales expected in the Alenuihaha Channel. Short
period northeast swell, combined with moderate to long period
northwest swell, will produce large and rough seas. Trade winds
will gradually ease as seas slowly lower late Thursday into
Saturday.
