Generalized Statewide Coastal Waters Forecast for Hawaii

.Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters...
 The waters will be under the influence of weak high pressure
through the weekend. This will maintain a few more days of
primarily gentle to moderate east southeast breezes. Winds will
begin to veer more southerly late Sunday through Tuesday. A front
will stall west of Kauai Tuesday. An extra large northwest swell
is forecast arrive Saturday into early next week. This swell will
lift seas to advisory levels.

.TODAY...East southeast winds 15 to 20 knots. Seas 6 to 8 feet.
Wave Detail: North northwest 6 feet at 13 seconds and east
southeast 4 feet at 7 seconds. Hazy. Isolated showers.
.TONIGHT...South winds 7 to 10 knots to Kauai...east southeast
15 to 20 knots elsewhere. Seas 5 to 7 feet. Wave Detail: North
northwest 5 feet at 12 seconds and east southeast 4 feet at
6 seconds. Hazy. Isolated showers.
.SATURDAY...East southeast winds 10 to 15 knots. Seas 9 to
12 feet. Wave Detail: Northwest 10 feet at 20 seconds and east
southeast 4 feet at 6 seconds. Hazy. Isolated showers.
.SATURDAY NIGHT...East southeast winds 10 to 15 knots. Seas 12 to
17 feet. Wave Detail: Northwest 16 feet at 18 seconds and east
southeast 3 feet at 7 seconds. Hazy. Isolated showers.
.SUNDAY...East southeast winds 10 to 15 knots. Seas 10 to
14 feet. Isolated showers.
.SUNDAY NIGHT...Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots. Seas 11 to
15 feet. Isolated showers.
