.Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters...
 High pressure centered north of the Hawaiian Islands will
produce moderate to locally fresh trade winds through much of the
week. However, winds will briefly weaken and veer ESE Thursday
into Friday as a low forms far north of Hawaii and disrupts the
ridge.
