A weak front will approach from the northwest tonight, then move into the waters around Kauai Sunday afternoon. The front will continue slowly down the island chain Sunday night and Monday, then dissipate around Maui or the Big Island by Tuesday. A weak area of high pressure will build in north of the islands around the middle of next week. $$ Hawaiian waters within 40 nautical miles including the channels- .TONIGHT...Northeast to east winds 5 to 10 knots. Seas 3 to 8 feet. Wave Detail: Northwest 4 to 6 feet at 14 seconds and north northeast 4 to 5 feet at 13 seconds. A slight chance of showers. .SUNDAY...Around Kauai, variable winds around 5 knots, becoming north 10 to 15 knots late. Elsewhere, northeast to east winds 5 to 10 knots, becoming north to northeast in the afternoon. Seas 4 to 8 feet.
