.Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters...
 A surface trough will slowly drift west over the coastal waters
through the end of the week, maintaining a weak flow out of the
south or southeast. By this weekend, high pressure will build far
northeast of the state and bring a return to more typical gentle
to moderate easterly trades.
