A trough will develop north of the state this weekend and replace weak surface ridging currently in place. Hurricane Kiko, approximately 925 NM ESE of Hilo, continues to track westward in the eastern Pacific, and could impact the eastern coastal waters as a tropical storm Monday night into Tuesday based on the current forecast track. $$ Hawaiian waters within 40 nautical miles including the channels- .TONIGHT...East winds 15 to 20 knots.
