Surface high pressure centered well to the northeast of the state
this weekend will continue relatively weak trade winds. The high
looks to eventually slide westward with time next week,
strengthening the pressure gradient over the islands resulting in
breezy trades by mid to late week. This pattern keeps clouds and
showers generally favoring the typical windward locations for at
least the next week.
