Upper ridging over Hawaii and surface high pressure well to the
northeast will prevail through at least early next week keeping
trade winds generally weak and typical light showers for windward
facing slopes. An upper trough looks to develop to the west of the
state early to mid next week allowing for some increase in wind
speeds. Otherwise, the pattern over Hawaii for the next week looks
mostly dry and stable.
