...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN MONTGOMERY...
SOUTHEASTERN SAN JACINTO...WESTERN LIBERTY AND NORTHEASTERN HARRIS
COUNTIES THROUGH 715 PM CST...

At 625 PM CST, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Lake Houston, or near Kingwood, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Humble, northern Liberty, Cleveland, Dayton, Kingwood, Shepherd,
Splendora, Patton Village, Roman Forest, Woodbranch, Hardin, Plum
Grove, Kenefick, Dayton Lakes, Atascocita, Lake Houston Dam, Lake
Houston, northeastern Bush Intercontinental Airport, Tarkington
Prairie, and Moss Hill.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
