  Coastal waters from High Island to Freeport TX out 20 NM...
  Waters from High Island to Freeport TX from 20 to 60 NM...

* Until 1100 AM CDT.

* At 959 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm producing waterspouts was
  located near Tabs Buoy B, moving southwest at 15 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Mariner.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Galveston 282, Galveston 256, Tabs Buoy B, Surfside Jetty,
  Galveston 221, and Galveston 317.
