* Until 1145 AM CST.

* At 1048 AM CST, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Burnet Bay to 7 nm southwest of Upper San
  Jacinto Bay to 20 nm west of Eagle Point, moving east at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Smith Point, Upper San Jacinto Bay, Mitchell Bay, Scott Bay, Black
  Duck Bay, northern Galveston Bay, Tabbs Bay, Crystal Bay, Burnet
  Bay, and Trinity Bay.
