* At 1203 PM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Surfside Jetty to 10 nm north of Brazos 400 to
  near East Matagorda Bay, moving southeast at 10 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
