* At 734 PM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 40 nm north of Crystal Bay to 19 nm northwest of
  Burnet Bay to 53 nm west of Upper San Jacinto Bay, moving southeast
  at 20 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  East Galveston Bay, Galveston Ship Channel, West Bay, Scott Bay,
  Galveston Bay Entrance, Galveston Bay, Tabbs Bay, Drum Bay, Burnet
