...Flood Criteria Change For Brazos River At Sugar Land TX...

On December 20th, 2024 the National Weather Service will raise the
Minor Flood Stage for Brazos River at Sugar Land TX.

The new flood criteria will reflect observations from recent flood
events.

The criteria will be based on the following:

Action Stage: 40.0 Feet

Minor Flood Stage: 66.5 Feet

Moderate Flood Stage: 68.5 Feet

Major Flood Stage: 70.5 Feet
