This fog should continue to fill in across the remainder of the nearshore waters and bays this evening, spilling over into the barrier islands as the night progresses. Increasing winds after midnight may help break up sea fog, making it patchy and improving visibility in some spots. However, isolated banks of dense fog are most likely to linger through Friday morning in areas near High Island to Freeport. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you. && $$ 03
