...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 AM TO 7 PM CDT FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Southeast winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Texas.

* WHEN...From 7 AM to 7 PM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
