* WHAT...Abnormally low water levels will prevail...moreso across
  northern parts of the Bay around low tide times.

* WHERE...Galveston Bay.

* WHEN...For the first Low Water Advisory, until midnight CST
  tonight. For the second Low Water Advisory, from 2 PM to 10 PM
  CST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Below normal water levels will result in hazardous
  navigating conditions.
