At 1203 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated showers and thunderstorms
along a moderately fast north-northeast moving outflow boundary,
capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms
were located along a line extending from near Port Oconnor to 6 nm
southwest of Matagorda Jetty to 7 nm north of Brazos 548 to near
Brazos A85 to East Breaks 228, moving northeast at 20 knots.
