Visibilities have begun to overall improve so we will allow the Marine Dense Fog Advisory to expire at 9 AM, but lingering sea fog continues in the southern bays and nearshore Gulf waters leading to visibilities around 2 NM or less. As winds steadily increase going into the late morning hours, visibilities should continue to improve. Mariners are advised to consider these conditions before beginning or continuing their transits. If you encounter sea fog, use proper fog signals. Make sure all running lights are on. Remember to use your radar and compass. $$
