A Marine Weather Statement has been issued for the following areas...
  Coastal waters from High Island to Freeport TX out 20 NM...
  Galveston Bay...

At 1206 AM CDT, an outflow boundary from nearby thunderstorms is
pushing through Galveston Bay, producing wind gusts around 30 knots.
This boundary will continue to push west to southwest, bringing
gusty winds to the Bay and the nearby Gulf waters over the next 30
to 45 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, and lightning strikes. Boaters should seek safe harbor
immediately until this storm passes.
